Unfortunately, the photos on Booking in no way correspond to the reality. The furniture is old and shabby. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and in the coffee maker we found leftovers from the previous tenant. Surprisingly, we were told by the landlord shortly before our arrival to leave the studio cleaned at the end, otherwise cleaning fees will apply, but this is not mentioned anywhere on Booking. We have reserved a parking space in advance, which could not be given until our departure and we had to search every day a new parking space.

Really nice little apartment. Very good to reach other destinations if you are using the train station (2 minutes away) and amazing to reach the beach (4 mins away).

Nothing, was really what I expected! Maybe it could have been a bit cleaner!

Location, quiet place, clean, all kitchen staff, beds and sofa, balcony. Train station - 1 minute walk, seaside - 1 minute walk, restaurants - 1 minute walk, shops - 1 minute walk! Safety place, super wi-fi, elevator.

Location is just perfect! 3 minutes walk from the train station, 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 5 min walk to the supermarket that has everything you need! The apartment itself is small but so well thought that you don't feel at all it's small, big fridge with real freezer, even a dishwasher, and on the wall, lost of storing spaces to organize your stuff. We cooked and ate home everyday, and there is everythink we need for that. The beds are confortable, AC is working well. The entry of the building looks like the reception of a hotel, very clean elevator very clean, as well as the apartment, all was perfectly clean! The bathroom is also well thought and spacious for the square meters! I totally recommand to go there for a journey of friends, family too, but just know that there is no double bed... so, if you're very in love, maybe it's to consider ;)

The only thing that was a tad complicated for us is that we didn't find the number of the building in the street... we were supposed to find the numer 17, but know that it's not (at least at the time we stayed there) written in the street, just get in at the numer 19 (apparently 17 and 19 are together in the same building) and you'll be fine! And another thing to consider, the bunk bed is very confortable, well thought, my 2 boys of 14 and almos 6 slept very well in them (i even tried the beds and they are great!), but the location of the bunk beds are in the entry (which is well thought so it is not a problem at all), but, in the summer, since there is only one air conditionning in the main room, you might need to keep the door opent so that the whole space is refreshed. Not a problem, but for privacy, it's just good to know!

Perfect position next to the centre, studio Is small but confortable and well equipped. Host Is kind and contactable in case of needs. If you have a car, use the internal parking (to be payed to the strutture not to the host) because street parking is hard to find and not free.
