Locatie is super prettig. Je loopt overal zo heen. Ontbijten met fijn uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad en personeel is heel behulpzaam.
Badkamer had achterstallig onderhoud. Wasbak lekte water op alle twee de kamers. Voor oma was de weg naar hotel wat stijl, maar dat was op bijna alle locaties die we in Albanië hebben aangedaan een uitdaging..

Great hotel, location was perfect minutes away from the beach and the centre of Sarandë. Breakfast was great with an amazing view in the morning, staff were really friendly and rooms were nice and tidy. Also had space outside to park rental car, which made it much better after our day trips to the surrounding attractions which were great to explore.

The property is very good. The room was clean and smelling good, the shower was amazing.The staff were very kind and polite and the breakfast there a good variety of fresh food. I would recommend it!

Central location. Breakfast. Friendly, welcoming staff.
Due to the very central location it was pretty noisy at night but closing the windows helped.

I liked everything starts from breakfast, people who works there for this hotel each and everyone of them was professional nice and kind.
Specially, one of them her name is KATERINA I cannot even find words to explain how good nice and kind she was, and very very smart and professional.
Thank you again to everyone of Julia’s hotel, and we are looking forward to see you soon again.

The breakfast was absolutely brilliant: plenty and for any taste. Furthermore we were very grateful to the staff who help us finding out about our onward bus to Qeparo and to get to the ticket-selling agency. The hotel even gave us a lift to the bus stop. Thank you!
The hotel is very central. We arrived on a Friday night and Saranda‘s centre was as noisy as a funfair combined with club music. The double windows helped to shut off the noise.

Everything. Very Clean Hotel, next to city center, boats activities and beaches. The room was very big with confortable beds. The rooftop view with the breakfast was amazing. Very helpful and professional team.

Nice clean modern property with friendly staff and well located to access the main resort. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and the owners very kindly agreed to serve breakfast early for us when we had an early departure
The parking was limited but the staff did well to accommodate and move cars around when required

Everything was perfect. Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, near to the promenade. The hotel has an amazing view from the roof. Every recommendation from our side.

It is on a hill so it might be difficult for those with mobility issues but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Nice small hotel with very friendly and attentive hosts. The location is very good, close to the public beach and bus station. There was very beautiful view on the city and sunset from the balcony.

Everything was perfect. Bathroom super clean and has all the facilities. The owners were very friendly. Free parking. Comfy bed, nice sea view and balcony as well.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and to the city and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. And the staff were very helpful, service minded and offered that little extra to make us feel welcomed. They also offered luggage storage when we checked out, early check in as our room was ready when we arrived, and a towel and shower to clean up after the beach the last day.

The receptionist insisted on adding 3% to the bill as commission. After a very strong refusal he let go but still added E10 for bar service as we asked for real coffee at breakfast, not the one offered as a buffet option (disgusting).

Nice small/affordale family owned and run hotel. Stayed here July 9 to 16. My family enjoyed our stay at Julia's. Rooms are good size, and some second floor rooms have a seaview. Breakfast is included and is very good. The owners are very friendly and will try their best to make your stay enjoyable and will give you ideas of places to eat or hangout in Saranda if you ask them.

Bright clean modern room. Good view from balcony. Close to beach and resuarants and Tirana bus.
Had problems with toilet, either wouldnt flush properly and had to check 2 or 3 times and/or water kept running and had to check it turned off. Also shower a bit dodgy! Water came out of both receptables from above and hand held hose.
