Simple, spotless, affordable accommodation including a breakfast facility. Conveniently close to Wynyard station and Light Rail. Friendly staff.
No elevator - as is to be expected in a hotel dated to 1873 and shared bathroom.

Great position on Kennedy Parque which is a lively area with great restaurants and Salsa dancing.
The building is Rustic and out 3 bed room was a good size. Shared bathrooms clean. Staff were great, speaking some English and helping with ideas to see and how to negotiate public transport.
Nothing

Early baggage check was not a problem.. complimentary water for the family when we went sight seeing was offered and nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff.
Noise... but I understand there is nothing you can do about that on a Friday night in the city in a pub type accommodation.

Good beds
Steep stairs to get to the room. No teaspoons for tea & coffee. Shower tiles need a really good scrub!
