Amazing location, newly renovated and very sound proof from the streets
The pillows are not good quality which given how new everything else is, it is a bit of a let down. And that because of the street noise we had to have the air con on during the night, otherwise too noisy to have the window open

Location was excellent. The room wad super cute and comfortable and big!
No elevator and we were on the top floor. Cars park right in front of the building entrance and bringing in luggage through the cars is nearly impossible to do safely. Our water heater broke on the second day and although contract was called to check it out there was no solution and we had cold water for showers. When we asked to use another room to shower the answer was if it doesnt get booked. The room was booked the day of and we couldn't use it. My suggestion is they should have moved us to the free room instead of selling it to another guest. We had no hot water for 2 nights. Not fun.
