Senkotel Nha Trang Managed by NEST Group

2nd time been to Senkotel. Still the same, clean room and smiling staff. Lovely breakfast combo

Vị trí đẹp, ngay trung tâm, gần biển, rất yên tĩnh. Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, xung quanh nhiều hàng quán rất thuận tiện. Phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, phù hợp với giá tiền

Phòng giống ảnh khá sạch sẽ

Khách sạn hơi khuất và hơi kín

There employees receptionist couldn’t coordinate with each other information. One would say one thing the other didn’t get the information the next day. They also had posted on Booking.com that you can have a 2 hour late checkout on there advertisment but they didn’t know about it. I had to fight for even one hour checkout, they wouldn’t give me 2 hour late check out.The next day they wanted me to leave at 12 p.m so they can clean the room for there next guest. She was adamant I Cannot stay, she had to Call her manager to confirm about my 1 pm checkout which she finally approved. It was very frustrating.
