The location was outstanding! We love the access to the rooftop terrace. La señora was very accommodating and patient. When our flight was delayed, she made the adjustment so our check-in was smooth and painless. Outstanding customer service!
The only critique we had at the apartment was the second bedroom was rather small, so fitting in your luggage in the room was quite difficult. other than that, no complaints at all.

mops on stairs mopping floors no signs slippery when wet ...not professionally run property

very nice place. safe and secure. location is super. close to many restaurants with lots of choices. Mondongos restaurant has a Miami location too. Korean restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant are close by. many bars disco bars
people very nice and serve you with dignity. they won’t charge you extra. they just went beyond to help.
it’s a little bit noise till early morning 2-3AM. this is the center is Laureles with many bars and clubs. but it does not bother me much.

perfect location, close to the metro, B line. Fully equipped apartment with kitchen, fridge, wash machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were very simple, could be better decorated. Water from shower was a bit cold

Excelente location, next to the restaurant and entertainment zone. The owners very friendly and accommodating. Good hot showers ❤️❤️

I left a part of my heart on Rosanne's rooftop garden. Rosanne is NOT staff, she treated us like family.

They already have an ethernet cable in the wall for direct high speed internet connection. This is huge for working remotely.
A little noisy at times but it's ok. Just shut the window and you'll be fine.

I absolutely love how Rossanna and Mom manage the property, no BS kind of deal, things are fixed and addressed intermediately, extra points for the Ethernet ready cord for my laptop and the WIFI. Price is fair, location is the best, forget about el Poblado. Returning!!
It was a bit of a process to get the breakfast, one of the places I was advised to go (Dimeli) to eat breakfast was horrible, very rude waitress, I had to walk out. Nuqui was good thought.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a minute from la 70. The host was great and helped me with everything I asked for. Would return happily.
