The hotel is lovely: cute house, on the lake, with stunning view! The staff is also super friendly, and very accommodating! The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy! It's located in Bellano which is a perfect location to experience lago di como without the crowd, but with all the charm!

The staff was very friendly and helpful..can't say enough kind words about Alice.. very kind and responsive. On check in, Alice explained everything in great detail. The villa was beautiful and clean and romantic. Breakfast and service was amazing. Modern features for a villa.
We were informed at reservation that we were booked into a lake facing room..even told the exact room ..but at check in we were given a different room that was road facing with no explanation for change or price change. The noise from the road front room disrupted our sleep.

The potential is there, and the staff is doing its best.
The photographs on this hotel’s website and Insta promise beautiful lake views and a garden retreat — unhurried and established. The lake views are genuine; but the garden has become a construction site. Access to all rooms is along a busy road rather than through the hotel — permanent, unmentioned, and difficult to reconcile with the boutique charm being sold.
