The location is good
It could be better if the rooms were cleaned daily ,also if they do not clean daily they provide us with the information on how to get brooms and mops.

The apartment is well equipped. The host was great and helped with us with booking a guide for the hike to hole in the wall. Location is great and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.
Not much except that the pillows were a bit too firm for us.

The hostess (Melanie) was very helpful getting our list of groceries because we were not going to get there in time for the shops to be open. She gave some great recommendations to do the activities in the area and we got to do amazing site-seeing adventures. The accommodation was top class and very comfortable. Melanie came to check in on us daily - and asked if we need anything. Her hospitality was top-class
The roads in the EC is something to keep count of and one has to include it in your travel time (it took us 2 hours to drive from Cottages@20 to the N2) navigating the potholes in the road

perfect place to experience Coffee Bay area from- we had a lovely 3 night stay, comfortable and cozy, felt at home with more than we needed. Safe and secure and beautifully decorated and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to beach, restaurants and nature, fully equipped kitchen makes self catering easy.
Super stable internet, and they have solar panels, so are rarely affected by load shedding.
Lovely bath/shower products, there's even a small plunge pool.
We had two units, a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom, all with double beds. We travelled 5 together as a group of friends, two slept on the couches in the units, extra bedding was provided without any issues at all.
There are dogs on site, all three super friendly, Rupert will bark whenever he sees you, but he's the sweetest doggo.
Great communication with Melanie throughout and before the stay, which always is appreciated.
Can only recommend this as a great place to hang out and relax or maybe even do some digital nomading.
Please be aware of the weather before you arrive.
We arrived after a really bad flood, which affected conditions very much and roads and bridges had been washed away. Definitely need 4-wheel drive when the car is packed/loaded to the brim as ours was, it was pot holes and dirt roads. 😁

First of all, coffee bay is a wonderful and beautiful place. Go visit little hole in the wall! Then: the property is the nicet and most comfortable property in whole coffee bay. We had the 4 person appartement with sea view. But the best part: the absolutely great host! Melany is capable of providing everything you need. She takes great care of you with a big smile on her face. Absolutely made our stay more than delightful!

beautiful cottage, magnificent view , you can sit on the huge balcony and enjoy the breeze from the ocean. Melanie has thought about everything and provided all comforts you can think of. from
beverage, great coffee , amazing chocolate til mosquitos spray. ocean is just 200 meter away and great restaurants just next to the cottage or across the street.
you have lots of privacy here.
every thing was very good provided and well equipped. hygiene could be slightly better. for example refrigerator door was not clean well and we saw lots of spots on the doors and walls with mosquitos blood

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING!!! The location, just a stone throw away from the beach, attractions and restaurants, highly recommend Zac's Restaurant is just across the road best seafood Platter.
We booked into Lobster Loft, OH MY GOODNESS, super clean, private, modern, beautiful is an understatement! All utilities are there super friendly staff as well.
Don't get me started on Melanie our host, the LOVELIEST Lady, so so helpful, gracious, friendly.
I'm DEFINITELY coming back here! 100/100

A beautifully appointed upmarket unit. (Coffee machine, Netflix, stunning kitchen) We had excellent correspondence with the host who checked in on us regularly. Loved the fact that each room had it's own bathroom. Such a pity the weather wasn't great as we didn't get to fully enjoy the stunning outside sitting area. This must be the best accommodation in Coffee Bay. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely top-end accommodation. Very high spec. Good WiFi, with Netflix etc. Excellent vfm. 2 really good eating places a few steps away, - sunshine grill and zac's. Great help and communication from the owner.
The road to coffee bay! No reflection on cottages@20 but if you're going give yourself plenty time

Location was great, the outside seating was quite nice, a bit of an ocean view was nice.

Everything about Cottage20 is absolutely flawless. The location of the accommodation is spot on, the views from the balcony as well as the cottage having everything you need to have a holiday home away from home. We loved our stay and will certainly be back.

Beautiful and furnishings. Spacious apartment located a short walk from the beach. The apartment is well stocked with anything you may require for self catering. Perfect if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet.
It's challenging getting to Coffee Bay due to the state of the roads. Plan for additional time and if possible try to use a 4x4 or decent LDV.
