The location is right in the historic part of town so it can't be beat. In fact the organic market right next door is on our walking tour's stop and we saw many food tours there. Needless to say the food there was also amazing. Our daughter loved the swimming pool and it's great for beating the middle day heat. And finally the staffs are amazing. The manager Javier is a great guy and our housekeeper Gloria was wonderful.
The facility is a bit dated if I were to be picky. But if you like retro hispanic vibe, then this would be a plus.

The people and their service. Always kind and polite and ready to help. The location is also superb. Close enough to the centre, in a very nice neighbourhood but not in the middle of the hassle and bustle. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was very good value for money at the time we were there which is meant to be low season.
It is a little dated. The towels always clean but being so old (the pink ones anyway!) they make it feel like they are not. Investing in new towels would bring the experience that little bit up.

Nice room, exceptional staff.
Too many kids in the pool. Too much screaming. Maybe limit limes for kids and adults? I never, rather, we never had a chance to get in because of the noise.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and not too far from the town centre. The house keeping staff did a good job with their daily cleaning and making up our beds.
The whole suite looked and felt dated in real life compared to the photos. The natural lighting levels were quite dark so it did not add to the ambiance of the room.
