Friendly staff

Don't stay here if you value a good nights sleep. We stayed here for 3 nights in Lotus (private pool villa), and 2 of those nights we could not sleep because of broken AC and noise. The first night, the AC in the villa was barely doing anything so the room was really hot. This together with the lack of sound isolation of the villas made it impossible to sleep once the mosque started with the prayers at 5 AM and shortly after that a nearby rooster. The staff will tell you this is a common problem for all the places in the area, but this is not true because we have stayed at other places in central kuta and have not been bothered by the prayers because they have had properly sound isolated rooms. After the first night we got moved to another villa where the AC was better, so only having to deal with the prayers we could actually sleep most of the night. The third day, we discovered the fan outside was broken so we could not really use the outdoor area table - they fixed that. Then the fridge (super noisy and old) started leaking dirty water onto the floor - they replaced it with another old fridge. The third night the AC completely shut off in the middle of the night, I think around 3-4 AM and was off for several hours. The room was boiling hot and we only slept for 2 hours that night. You can pay less for other hotels nearby which are newer.

The comfortable villas and the poolside was extremly relaxing for guests

The included breakfast was tasty but also manageable amount. It also would be good to make it more clear for guests that the yoga sessions which are taking place in the resorts property are not included

Beautiful venue, with an amazing garden with koi, chicken and cute turtles. The stuff was really friendly and helpful.

Cleaning could be a bit better

The resort itself was beautiful and the staff super friendly.

The only thing that was a bit of a downer was the loud prayers from about 3 different mosques in the area with the first one before 6am. But soon got used to it.

Beautiful grounds, lovely pool, incredible staff. We love this place! Book a room with a private pool if you can.

Everything is great

everything! especially the tortoise that roam around the property. food, pool and staff all amazing and so is the spa for a firm massage 😊

Loved absolutely everything about this property! If you are wanting to stay in lombok with kids this is 100% must! Reasonable price with such a great experience, giant gold fish & tortoises roaming around freely as you walk in it’s truly a magical place. Love the villas and the options to stay. We had a king and single bed! The pool is beautiful with one end of the pool sand. The owner is so lovely and feeds his fish everyday you can tell he takes pride and care of this rare gem of a place. The staff are super friendly and soo accommodating. The beds are comfy & the home made granola for breakfast is delicious! It’s a bonus they a beautiful yoga shala there and a great massage service! Everything you need and more! One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed wish we stayed longer! And we will 100% be back.
