Wisma Maharani

Bien

the location is very close to wanci town. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly.

the toilet doesnt have a flush system. You have to pour water manually.

We were just passing through Wangi Wangi travelling to other islands so it’s definitely a great one or two night base option. The room is simple but comfortable, with good AC, bed sheets and a towel provided. Like most of the bathrooms around the area the toilet is manual flush and the shower is over the toilet but it’s completely manageable and everything was very clean. One of the main highlights was the filtered drinking water they offer so you don’t have to buy bottled water! And they will order taxi’s for you, though they don’t speak much English you can get by with google translate and some basic words. Location is also great, only few minutes walk to the daily fish and food market that happens next to the ferry harbour from 4pm. We didn’t try the included breakfast as we left too early in the morning, but there is a good Warung up the road called Rumah Makan Kharisma where we had dinner.

Clean sheets and towels, friendly staff, helped me get my laundry done quickly and very cheap. large room, a/c works well, coffee, tea and water refill, sweet bun and toaster in kitchen area. Only 6 rooms in this Wisma.

High ceiling makes for poor lighting. Bathroom very small no sink
