It was a pleasant stay. Staff are all nice and very accommodating.

Very Nice and Comfortable

The Staff, The receptionist is very helpful, offred me refreshments, instructed me information that I need. The location is good as well

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel

The room is very clean, the beddings were clean too. And the breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful.

So far none. I like the place , their rooms, their staffs were very helpful

Stay wasn’t so good as we were not given the original room I have booked. Booked for a Studio Twin but was roomed in a S

Only 2 parking slots for cars.

I did not like that it advertized as a studio with appliances and all i recieved was a standard double room so we had to eat out all meals, so disturbed over this that i left a day early

Good value rooms in a quiet but central location

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is close to malls.

The plastic stools in the room are very uncomfortable. There are no spare power points for laptops, appliances, phones etc

Cleanliness of the beds, the toilet, great airconditioning, friendly staffs.

There were small insects (ants) at the table (where the TV is). Hotel management should disinfect those small insects (ants) because they'll multiply and would soon invade the innards of your luggage, maybe even go to your bed.

Everything was lovely. Staff are very helpful. After staying in a different local hotel, at a similar price point, it's obvious this place is a little gem in Davao. We will definitely stay here again. Great for long or short stays.

Great Place to Stay for Budget Travelers

Really cute rooms, very efficient size. Clean. Great location. Away from the main road but easily accessible. The staff are probably the nicest I have encountered in the 5 years I have lived and traveled in the Philippines. Super friendly, accommodating and professional. They really are an asset to the property and are all very happy to help.

Other guests were noisy some nights.
