Lovely hotel in a nice location. We had a couple of issues due to a wedding being held there. However this was quickly resolved by management once it was brought to their attention. The pool villas are lovely and staff were very hospitable.

First thing is the Hospitality and then the Property, Beautifully Managed.. From the First Person you meet at the Property till the Last Person you leave will always make you feel special. To name a few.. from Anul in front desk, our caretakers.. Ritvik/Sashwati & Rick.. our Head Chef Pushpinder Saini and the rest of the Staff.. Everyone was to Humble and made sure we got the Best of our Experience.
Always recommend this property if you wanna feel like King and experience there Royal Services !!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel was exceptional in all aspects of service!
1. Welcome and arrival were exceptional
2. Food dietary requirements as pure veg and sattvik diet (no onion and no garlic, no hing) were completely met with tasty food. Chefs each day met us and planned our meals, even at short notice. Generous portions upon request.
3. Wife had hurt her hand, and they went out there way with an on-site doctor if needed. Flowers delivered twice to her with genuine messages of care.
4. Team available on WhatsApp if needed with daily reminders of activities. Tripti was excellent!
5. Lalit in dining experience arranged breakfast for us to take away as we had an early flight. Generous portions of sandwiches, donoughts, drink, and coffees (our stay included breakfast package). A lot of places will just ignore the point.
6. Every single person who works there takes pride in their work, was courteous, and have been trained exceptionally well. Every person would stop to greet you and say, "namaste." A humble workforce.
7. Massages were great.
8. Hindu temple on site for daily aarti was a very nice experience, kept very clean.
9. Pool was nice and clean
10. Evening entertainment was amazing
11. Rajasthan 4 course dining experience within Sheesh Mahal, a room totally lit by just candles and mirrors was unique.
12. Staff were just so easy to converse with, spoke very good English.
You will feel like royalty staying here. We will definitely be back with the entire family.
1. Weren't sure if we would get early check in or not. Would have been nice if they had confirmed.
2. Filled out the arrival and check in process a few times once through their online check in, then again via booking.com app and then at the hotel, could make this more efficient.

Everything the property is absolutely beautiful! The guest relations team is the cherry on the top! They go above and beyond to make the guest feel comfortable and also the hotel tour was helpful

It is a good hotel for those who want to stay there most of the day.
Too far out of town, and in a way the Leela takes advantage of that. For example, the cost of their taxis is extortionate.

The property is just breathtaking you can point and click pictures at any corner and it will come out beautiful. There are several activities which will keep you entertained throughout your stay. Our floor helpers Vrinda and Saraswati were amazing and helped us with every request even though we were troubling them like every 5 minutes. Truly a beautiful and worth it experience and will definitely visit again.

It was, without any doubt, the best stay in our 3 weeks in India. The quality of the staff and good management pays off. Arpita, Sakshi, and Akanksha made a real difference. We felt pampered, and we will definitely come back to The Leela Palace on our next stay. Thank you, thank you and thank you!

The overall standard of the staff, their friendliness and eagerness to assist has left the greatest impression. Our rooms were always left impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was great.
It would have been great had the hotel had a common heated pool. For a hotel chain as large as Leela Palace, the lack of a heated pool was a downer. The inclusion of a Jacuzzi is good, but we weren't informed of the existence of one, nor the fact that swim were is necessary for its use until we had turned up for our spa appointment, so we didn't get to enjoy that facility.

Beautiful , clean, staff were amazing - butler Rabisheikh was super helpful and I’m sad I didn’t get to give him a tip when I was leaving.
The dinner at Mohan Mahal was exceptional and def worth it ;) keep an apetite cos it’s amazing
Cocktail hour and the live entertainment was also a wonderful touch (complimentary)
Def will be going back !!

On the surface, it is a nice looking property. Most of the staff are nice except for a few.
The property is quite dated and not well maintained (eg, the walls and ceilings in the room need to be repainted). There was also smell of sewerage in the room during our stay which made it quite difficult to sleep.

We had an excellent 5 days at The Leela Palace, Jaipur with my family over the last few days. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming and we will treasure the time we spent there.
I would like to make a special mention to 3 individuals:
The young man, Lalit, in the Sukh Mahal provided a superb and consistent service with excellent care given to my elderly mother.
Ramnarayan, the driver, was very experienced and a smooth driver who clearly wanted us to have the best experience when visiting the numerous sights of Jaipur. His pleasant nature and good grasp of English made our visits particularly comfortable.
Rabhishek, our butler, was fantastic and his determination to ensure all our needs were met was a pleasure to experience. He went above and beyond his duty to source some items from town and also was very responsive to all our requests.
Some parts of the property appear a little dated and could do with updating.

Property is not maintained well. Lot of wear and tear. Cleanliness is also not up to the mark. My key card stopped working and I was stranded outside my room for 30 minutes.

The staff and the GM JJ were really friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a room upgrade. The property and the rooms were clean and tidy. The food preparation was excellent.
Would be great to add amenities like a billiards table.

This was our second stay at Leela Palace Jaipur which means we went with certain high expectations basis our maiden stay last year in June 2022, we were made so welcomed right from the point of checking-in. All the services specifically the Butler services are class apart. Heartfelt Thanks to our assigned butler 'Prashant' ensuring our stay very comfortable and making us feel at home away from home. Prashant was very helpful and swift in accommodating all our requests and queries (before our visit when we checked guests reviews we saw his name mentioned in so many reviews mentioning his warm and polite attitude). It is this great service and hospitality that makes Leela Palace Jaipur an exceptional property.
Stayed at Royal Villa with Plunge pool and all the facilities were impeccable as we experienced during our previous stay, with better and enhanced experience. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who works beyond their way to provide best in class 5 star experience to guests.

Everything. It’s a beautiful oasis, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Fantastic staff and hospitality, amazing facilities, great food. The butler service is also flawless. In particular I would like to mention Tripti from butler service. Always available via whatsapp providing excellent service going above and beyond.
