Friendly & polite staff, location was close to town centre. The studio was warm, cosy, and clean. We had all the facilities.

Accomodation was really perfect, wery nice, clean, equipment was perfect everything was there towes shampoo, toothbruds, toothpaste, haardryer and also thee coffie, just perfect for the price

Lots of space, huge bedroom, huge livingroom and kitchen,, great location, very clean modern place, in the centre of sibiu. I would come back. The host was amazing very pleasant , helpfull with suggestions.

need to pay for street parking everyday w very tight space as it is in most europe cities , but there is no other choice downtown, no matter where you stay not their fault.

Location is perfect for walks in the old center, everything except Astra Museum is in walking distance, also the kitchen has a lot of appliances and the rooms are generous in space.

There were some punctual problems that I would like to mention: - the door handle from the front door of the flat has a technical issue, if you want to lock the door, you must lift the door handle to a near vertical position and then lock it, if you have a medical problem with your upper limbs, you might find it difficult to do that; - the bathroom has a persistent sewer odour if you do not keep the window open and, since in Sibiu the average temperature outside in the cold season is rather cold, this can be rather uncomfortable; - in the bedroom there are chairs/armchairs/table (there is a small table with a poted plant on it), the same goes out for the entrance hall so if you wish to undress from the outside or to dress to go outside you must use the sofa in the living room or the bed in the bedroom; - the communication skills of the host are rather low, the fridge was not functioning properly (it did not cool at all) and all the food that I bought for my 4 day stay was not edible any more. I contacted the host and told him to refund my food money and he insisted to repeat for 3 times in a row that the fridge issue was spontanous and even at a 5-star hotel it could hapen. The location is not a 5-star location and at a 5 stat location the guest is not scoled for a technical issue that has nothing to do with him/her. I consider that the host was rude in dealing with this problem. - the remote controls do not work properly
