Tout était vraiment parfait. Commençons par la localisation un peu excentrée (mais suffisant proche du centre, environ 5mn) avec une vue sublime. Les aras sont présents et d’autres animaux sont également au rendez vous. C’est superbe, on pourrait rester des heures sur la terrasse. Le logement est très propre et très spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée. Petit plus : le couché de soleil juste en face. Puis il y a Karl et sa maman qui sont des hôtes vraiment adorables. Ils nous ont vraiment très bien accueillis, on ne les oubliera pas ça c’est sûr. C’est notre coup de coeur du voyage de 3 semaines au Costa Rica, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Et puis nous si on repasse dans le coin, nous reviendrons ! Merci encore à vous !!

Spacious, sparkling clean, very comfortable bed, beautiful and relaxing pool area, stunning view to wake up to while enjoying many birds (toucan, beautiful parrots) and other adorable species: sloth, coati, huge iguanas… On top of that we befriended with a wonderful soul: Marius the golden retriever of the the owner!!

We wish we could stay much longer at « La Maison Blanche » !

Nice that the host picked us up. Beautiful property atop a hill. Able to see wildlife off the patio. Clean beautiful home. Gracious host.

Difficult for taxi drivers to locate. No sink in the half bath.

Beautifull apartment with Great open space. Close to park And most Of places You wanna visit And in the same time far enough to have a peace And Quiet. Wildlife like Tucans, Parrots etc. in front Of Your Balcony. Great comunication with Owner. 10/10 without hesitating.

Karl, the host is exceptional. One can see the genuine pride in his place. The apartments are beautifully laid out, the beds comfortable, and the setting is truly extraordinary. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the wildlife that lived in and visited the trees in front of our huge balcony. Every morning we were visited by scarlet macaws, and today we saw a flock of toucans. Each evening two kinkajou scampered in the trees. Karl provided us with a flashlight, and we loved watching these nimble critters gathering nectar. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It truly was a magical experience.

The drive up the first time caused a little anxiety, but once we'd driven it once, we got comfortable.

It was well appointed, spacious, and had gorgeous views. centrally located to Manuel Antonio and Quepos, quiet, and charming.

The bed was too firm, but everything else about the place was wonderful.

Everything about La Maison Blanche was fantastic. Sublime location, slightly away from the tourist trawl. Loads of wildlife. The room was wonderful and very private. Great view and wonderful sunsets. Excellent facilities to make food if needed. Brilliant service from Karl who was super friendly and helpful - he really went the extra mile.

There was nothing we didn't like. You need a little patience to sort out taxis into town - and be prepared sometimes to walk down the steep path - but this is fine. Uber worked well for drop offs at La Maison Blanche and pick up at the bottom of the path. Town taxis would come and collect but ideally need enough Spanish to call and arrange them.
