Great place, outstanding! The owner of the place, Carmelo, is a very nice man, kind and hosted us in an exceptional way. We asked for a recommendation for a nice place for breakfast, and he invited us (5 people!) at his expense, to a local breakfast at an excellent bakery a short walk from the place. The place is conveniently organized, the kitchen is convenient for guests to use, the room was very clean, water and coffee free of charge, the beds are comfortable. Very convenient entrance to the building, without stairs. Central location, 15 minutes walk from the train station. Don't hesitate, this a great place to stay!

Clean, large room. Nice kitchen which was available for our use. This included water, tea or coffee at any time. Good location with street parking available. Located on the ground floor, which was very convenient.
Bathroom was very small. Shower was small and had some draining issues.

The room was clean with good facilities.
The area was not where you would perhaps choose to stay for a while, but we were passing through so perfect for the train station.

Ground floor spacious room in a convenient location. We got lucky and found free street parking within steps of the front door.
The weather was cold, and it was a bit difficult to find a comfortable adjustment for the heat. Once I figured it out, though, it was fine.

Excellent location, clean, high level facilities, Netflix available. Carmelo the owner is charming and helpful and helped us with the rental company. highly recommend

Very comfortable accomodation. Small room but fully equipped. New and modern apartment. Bottle of water available for free.

Located close to the ferry and great restaurants. The rooms were awesome and the coffee station was excellent.
Parking is a real issue at the location. We managed to secure a spot after many drive around. That said there is a paid parking garage within two blocks.

Cute little B&B, nice and close to everything. We were only here for a couple of nights but it was nice and quiet except for the first night. Host was extremely helpful and showed us places to go and where to grab some nice meals
There were som e street cleaners that decided tos tart up their machines and kept going for around an hour around midnight. This wasn't the properties fault but something to be aware of. Shower was tiny

Warm welcoming, nice staff and very clean place not far from downtown (walking distance), with shops around.
A special thanks to the staff there, I was missing an iron and the staff bought one straight away, they are really dedicated to their customers.
Park is not so easy around, depends of the time you arrive.

Just a nice B&B to stay in Messina. The rooms are big with air condition, double bed and everything else you need. We had breakfast in a bar only 3 min to walk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us.
Maybe the shower could be a little to small for tall people ;-) and the kitchen can‘t be used at the moment.

it was very nicely appointed and the location was good. The bed and the sheets were very nice and the room was cleaned.
The room was quite small for the price I paid. I had much larger rooms with my own kitchen for the same price as this. I think the price should be lowered about 10 euros a night because Messina isn’t a big tourist attraction.
