great location, layout and value.

needs some upkeep - hot water not always working, Aircon unable to cool the larger bedrooms, some basic things like broken taps and soap dispensers not functioning properly. this property is amazing, but needs some love.

The villa was very unique like a cool luxury tree house

All the rooms didn’t have attached bathrooms Wish they had attached bathroom like the master bedroom Especially for downstairs And Internet was very slow comparing to other villas in Bali.. watching Netflix can’t even load

The location is perfect for anyone who loves to surf, it is in the middle of the three main surf breaks in uluwatu and only a 5 minute walk from the main strip with lots of breakfast and restaurants along it. we went with 10 friends and the entertaining area proved fantastic, the pool table is great and the whole area is great.

the power and water went out a couple of times and the pool is a tad green, we all swam in the pool and are fine it could just use a good clean.

it was a fantastic place for two families to be able to stay together.

we had two families staying together, only having one really great main bedroom upstairs with the spa, bathroom, balcony meant one adult couple had to stay in a way less inferior room to the other which wasn’t great. also it’s a very open plan house, wanting to enjoy the house at night with all of the kids as it was too far to go out at night and having to quiet right down by nine was really disappointing, we thought at least ten is fair.

Amazing getaway in the jungle. Peaceful and very private. Good huge kitchen, bbq area etc. big space and suitable for groups and couples. Motorbike/scooter needed if you want to move around. Absolutely stunning property!
