Everything you need, comfortable, clean and front beach.
The reception lady super friendly and helpful and the room cleaner as well. I loved the cat that lives there, so cute.

Room was very quiet in a very busy area . No lift but only 2nd floor so no problem. Good location.
Difficult to get the shower to a hot temp so cool to warm showers.

It’s walking distance to the beach otherwise plain boring
Plain boring rooms dingy but was cheap and that’s what I needed so
