The employee at the check in desk was very personable. Later that evening when we asked for another towel and wash cloth she was very prompt to get them.
The room was smaller than expected, floor in bathroom was dirty and there was mold around the caulking in the tub( we were pleased with the grab rails and fold down seat. We are 77 and 80 years after age. There was just the 1 chair to sit in. You could really hear other people in adjoining rooms.
