The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. The location is very convenient, located centrally in Greenville. The food was excellent. Urban Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice for the traveler looking for a comfortable room with excellent staff at a very reasonable price.

The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were super nice. It's minutes from downtown. The sports lounge across the street has delicious food. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Greenville.
If I had to say something I didn't like. It's the coffee pot in the same room with the toilet. That's the only thing that kinda weirded me out.

Breakfast , Coffee - not great! but for the price - it was a great place to sleep! I will go back!
Food was not good - just being completely honest.

Room was clean, good breakfast.
Memory foam mattress; uncomfortable, hot and difficult for senior/disabled to get out of. Legs of bed support stick out past edge of mattress creating a tripping hazard. Rude guests in parking area after hours shouting at cellphones.
