Breakfast, river views.

Location is the selling point for us. The river is so soothing to watch and we love the sound. Breakfast was above average. Area is relatively simple to navigate and close to attractions—mountains, Great Smoky Mountain Railway, waterfall loop, etc.

Great location and facilities!
Could have been a little cleaner, but it didn't take away from our experience there.

Breakfast was okay, never received cleaning services during stay, had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. The comforter had blood stains on it. Room overall could have been cleaner. The front desk staff were very quick to respond to questions, especially the gentlemen who checked us out. No smile, thanks for staying nothing. Blank look. The breakfast lady was the only pleasant staff we encountered. The sitting area overlooking the river was nice.
