I am very delighted with the attention of the staff, all very friendly, the location excellent, I will definitely stay with them again they offered me a room on the 14th floor and the view is very nice and what I liked the most is that they allow pets I could take my dog 😌
I had a bad experience; I ended up paying double for my stay. I paid through Booking.com with Affirm, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me my payment wasn't covered and that I had to pay for it myself there because, supposedly, they hadn't paid me for my stay. Affirm was charging me for what I paid through Booking.com, so since they haven't given me a resolution, I had to talk to my bank and take action.

Excellent breakfast it made me feel good because it was giving back to the community especially how expensive everything is today very helpful and rewarding.
I respect and understand people love there pets but there is a time and a place for pets I didn't like the animals being allowed in the eating area I think the animal control needs to improve.

Location
For breakfast No bagels no English muffins or any bread or muffins for 1st 2 days of our stay. Never ever have had jelly with no bread available. Quite unusual and disappointing noisy ac banging and clicking. Annoying
