Hostel Splendido

The room had a lovely balcony and very effective AC for the hot days. Next to the bus station . Very nice lady and she had a nice doggo upstairs. She was very helpful when it came to managing my bag and even offered me some eggs when I had an early morning bus. Gives good recommendations. It had a cute space downstairs to relax and a well functioning kitchen if you want to cook.

My room was right next to the reception so it tends to get loud with people coming in / chilling in the terrace , for me one night was a bit hard to manage. maybe something to make the room sound proof would help (or ear plugs )

Super friendly hosts and interesting visitors!

Friendly hostel in a superb location, just 2 min up from the bus station. Excellent Aircon dorms, which were spacious and very clean. The beds had private lights and sockets. Small locker for essentials. Even better common bathrooms of the private all in one type. They were always clean. The kitchen has everything except for that microwave they advertise having. Not a big loss, as microwave-able food is nowhere to be found in this area anyway. Good WiFi that works everywhere. The outdoor common sitting areas, on two floors, were excellent. Plenty of tables and chairs.

Although the dorms and bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen could do with a good scrub down. I also noticed that it better not rain while you are here, because there are no common areas under cover.

Very close to the bus station (5min walk). With a nice garden.

A bit noisy at night, due to parties in the garden. The shared bathroom is not always clean. The room is not well ventilated and smells wet. The room is really really small for 4 people to share (less than 10 sqm).
