Breakfast was terrific. lots to choose from. the staff were very helpful with questions and helped us order a taxi. i loved the selection of toiletries at the station in the lobby. the location was great! right near Chinatown, close to the baseball stadium and walking distance to the rail station.

we had ordered a large double bed. we got one but it had a bunk bed on top! the bed wasn't very comfortable, the pillows were a bit unusual (filled with some kind of "beading")

Brilliant stay with some of the loveliest staff. The receptionists were so sweet and friendly, they really made my day better. They tried their best to converse a lot with me in English, asking about my trip and my interests and even about my research (which I imagine is probably quite boring to most people except me, so very nice of them to express interest in it!) The breakfast was also really good! Location is fantastic: 5 minute walk from the station, right on the edge of Chinatown, less than 10 minutes from Yamashita Park and the waterfront. If I go back to Yokohama I'll definitely stay in the same hotel. The staff also very kindly stored my luggage too!

Given the fact that we are still under coronavirus measures, And we are following a list of guidelines to maintain a ligh level of hygiene, I was surprised to discover a less than pristine bathtub, or a stain on my pillowcase.

Super Hotel Yokohama had an awesome staff! They even had a "Welcome Robot Dog" when you arrived for breakfast. Service was prompt and included essential toiletries, if needed.

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the pillows (beans) were not comfortable for us. THey may work for you, though!

I was delighted and pleased when the reception desk staff wrote a birthday message for me and hung it on the doorknob of my room. Her warm birthday greeting was the first thing I saw in the morning when I went out of my room. That gesture really made me happy and I felt so special. The room was also super clean. All of the staff at Super Hotel Kannai branch were very friendly and accommodating! I also loved its location it's ery accessible to Yokohama China Town, to Yokohama Pier and to the nearby train stations. It's easy to find. I also loved the freebies that they offer upon checking-in.

Perhaps the time for checking-in and checking-out. Apart from that, nothing else.

The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us from check in, until we left. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fragrance spray, loofas and more. We didn’t have to bring anything but our clothes which is nice. The location was amazing. 5-10 minute walk to the harbor.

The beds and pillows in the room were a bit hard. Definitely take them up on the pillows they offer in the hallway.

The staff were all extremely friendly, especially to my 5 year old daughter. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was a lot of choice, it all tasted freshly prepared and it changed each day I was there. The hotel also cares a lot about the environment, rewarding you with candy for doing things like returning unused toothbrushes. One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff were the best!! Would definitely return!

Nothing I didn't really like.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was yummy. It was clearly quite clean and well maintained. The hotel right next to China Town, so close to a beautiful garden and the Baseball stadium. It’s walking distance from the Red Brick Warehouse and all the fun stuff that Minato Mirai has to offer.

The room was a little small and the toilet was in the same room as the shower. This is typical for Japan though. I just don’t understand why anyone would put a toilet in a shower room. That’s a personal preference though.
