The location and breakfast

When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the room had no proper window. I informed the staff about this, but instead of offering any helpful solution, I was simply told that I could cancel the reservation if I was not satisfied. Eventually, I was given another room, but its window faced an enclosed light well, so there was no proper natural light or outside view. This was very disappointing and was not what I expected from the room. 2) When I arrived at the hotel, there were no towels in the room. I needed to take a shower and immediately asked the staff for towels, but they did not bring any. I had to wait for a long time and continued to ask for towels, but the issue was not properly addressed. Not having basic amenities such as towels was very inconvenient and disappointing I couldn’t take a shower
