Superb Location, great for a laid back getaway. Close proximity to Elizabeth, Blueys and Boomerang Beaches.

Lack of Lighting in the Kitchen, when cooking and cleaning.

Excellent location with very easy access to Smiths Lake. The house was very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay, even a couple of kayaks, SUP board, coffee machine and milk frother. There are multiple living areas and a large and well-furnished balcony with BBQ, fridge and lovely views of the lake. The bathrooms were very clean but the house really needs a spring clean.

Windows and flyscreens need a clean, and the carpets and sofas could do with steam cleaning
