No mam pare uwag 😬 rozumiem że trochę się będę czepiał o podarte poduszki na huśtawce ale na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel to trochę słabo , druga ważna sprawa ! Super że była i to po dwie butelki ale sorki najtańsza woda mineralna i to do tego w plastikowych petach słabo jak na czasy „ Eko” i wyspę Bali ☹️ Ostatnia rzecz piątek popołudnie a w jedynym barze przy basenie przed długim świątecznym weekendzie w Indo skończyły się kokosy do picia które można kupić dziś prawie na każdej ulicy !!! Halo obsługa o czy myślimy 🤭

- excellent service and very friendly staff - great food and dining options - gorgeous infinity pool and sun lounges - free shuttle to a beautiful day club on the beach - very good cocktails and happy hour promotions - felt like a very special holiday - top quality bedding and pillows - one of the best breakfasts I’ve had

- needs a bit of maintenance like the decking near the pool and some external areas - not much nearby, you need to get a taxi to go to the supermarket or a different restaurant etc. - a bit on the expensive side for Bali

Most amazing place, staff were the friendliest i have ever seen, we will be back every single year it was that amazing. Never in my life have i seen such incredible service, the place was insane!!!!! Thankyou so so so much we will be back :)

everything! the staff are very friendly and helpful, Jasmine is very helpful to share tips and ideas to visit places, Dika and Angga made us very comfortable to spend as much times we wanted enjoying the view from the bar. The view from the hotel are just amazing! its sad that we had to leave😬

The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice. The option to have several dishes made to your liking and delivered to your table. Such as eggs benedict, waffles crepes, omelette. The list goes on. The variety was brilliant. We loved the pool. There were so many beds, considering it was high season. We managed to squeeze in a trip to the spa and used the sauna and steam room. The facilities were outstanding. We really liked how much effort all the staff made to make us feel welcome and to have general chats with us. We alreasy cannot wait to revisit.

We were hoping to have a meal at IKAT as we were hoping to enjoy traditional food. Unfortunately, there were hardly any options for vegetarians. So we moved into the clay clay restaurant. This didn't ruin our stay in anyway, however it was a shame that we missed out in authentic food

Our stay at the end of our Bali trip was just amazing. The huge, luxuriously beautiful complex offered a breathtaking view with on the sea. Every detail was well thought out, the hospitality of the staff was remarkable and everything was very clean. Worth mentioning is in any case the breakfast that was by far our highlight. The really huge selection of very tasty food and the fresh juices were a delight. A place where we will definitely return to enjoy pure luxury and relaxation.

restaurant's dinner so late cooking. we have waiting 1hours from sit. spa reservation not flexible. maybe recommend for couple or single traveler, not suitable for family. room and facility be fit big person (ex height over 170 cm), I feel that bathtub and chair and others no fit small persons.

After staying the heart of Bingin Uluwatu, this was the perfect escape. Set amongst beautiful leafy surrounds with a stunning Seaview in the distance, this hotel was amazing. The infinity pool has spectacular views with great poolside service. I was upgraded to the junior suit which had a bathtub overlooking the landscapes. I booked into the spa and had a facial by the amazing Malini which included hand, foot and head massage. The spa itself is stunning and so tranquil. The service and attention to detail at this hotel was outstanding. They even left a surprise birthday cake in my room which was just so thoughtful. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities you would need. The comfiest bed I’ve slept in travelling for a long time. The breakfast was delicious with so many fresh options available. I had dinner at clay craft which had a great acoustic duos setting the perfect atmosphere for dinner. Their voices were amazing. I wish I had of stayed here longer.

The hotel transport should be cheaper to the airport, more in line with local services

The view and outlook over the trees and ocean in the distance. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best we have had at any hotel. Junior suite was comfortable and clean.

Pool area and outside of the hotel all badly in need of renovation. We saw a few people tripping on the loose floor boards around the pool. The Indonesian food restaurant was OK, but people playing table tennis right next to your table at a 5 Star Hotel restaurant while you’re having a romantic dinner doesn’t impress.

I didn't like my room because our bathroom window was directly to the wall. No view and no light. But because it was decorated for our honeymoon, we didn't want to bother and change our room.

The decking around the pool was dangerous. I received a cut to my toe and also splinters from the old wood The staff didn’t understand basic English, was difficult to request or ask questions

Every staff member was engaged & so helpful. Assistance was prompt. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Food was delicious, with a great variety. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pools and surrounds divine. Wonderful experience! Sad to leave!
