stinky carpets, old smelly furniture and too many pieces of useless furniture,old bathroom

love the A frame style feel. Very homely and has everything you need. Great bird life surrounding the property with many visitors on the bird feeders.

The property certainly has a lived-in feel but that suited us. Verandah was actually the highlight, with birdlife dropping by at regular intervals to check whether we'd added to their food bowls. Very quiet neighbourhood and not too far to local shopping area and lake access. Everything we needed to kill time between expeditions, prepare meals, wash clothes etc. Good place just to chill out.

It was the first time we've booked anything other than a standard hotel through Bookings.Com and found some of the Real Estater's requirements a bit over the top. Not a great time to be asking for personal IDs to be sent but I suppose they had to make sure we weren't mid-60 year old schoolies.

The home had exactly what we were looking for with a great holiday feel, pleasant filtered 180 deg lake views and lots of birdlife. It was like a home away from home. Great get away!

Doors have a great breeze that comes in all directions. The birds come all times of the day.

The place it dated and needs TLC, grounds needs to be maintained a bit more. Sliding doors and windows need to be updated had bugs, spiders & flies everynight.

Seclusion, relaxing nature, the animal visitors, all wonderful.

The lounge was a little uncomfortable and the curtains are see through in the lounge area.
