Zaton Holiday Resort Apartments

Great place for families with kids. Almost everything close to our place- pools, beach, playgrounds, stare. We appreciate the small traing going through the camp. Great sand beach for kids, not deep. The appartment was simple but clean and we had everything we needed.

The approach of stuff was very strict, not friendly. I miss the "welcome", smile and wiliness of receptionists. We got annoyed face after arrival when we wanted informations (we came early, we knew we have to wait for checkup. Just needed informations about parking and place we can stay). Also when we asked for help with lagguages the stuff who drives golfcar told us- "its.not necessary, its close". We had bags,stroller, crib,food,...

The complex is excellent for families, less so for older couples. The bed was wonderfully comfy, though the pillow was lumpy. The pools were fabulous and the staff superb.

Our “unit” was very tired. The warning to turn the gas off at the tap was disconcerting. Surely there should be sufficient confidence in the fitted gas hob for this not to be necessary? But as the ignition didn’t work on the hob, perhaps that’s why the warning is necessary. The door shutters needed a lick of paint and everything had a tired feel to it sadly. It certainly did not measure up to the image shown on Booking.com which suggested a modern 5 star style room. All that said, we had a comfortable night’s stay and would have been very impressed had we had the grandchildren with us.

Grocery shop needs serious overhaul. Little further from zadar than expected

La molteplucità delle attività presenti nella struttuta Pessimo il cameriere Patrik al Grill sulla spiaggia ,maleducato e incompetente , cibo spazzatura pagato a peso d'oro !

Pessimo l'atteggiamento dello staff , persone molto stanche e affaticate che non riescono più neanche a sorridere , scortesi e tal volta maleducate
