Location, friendly staff, nice outside seating area, good sized rooms.
Old fashioned keys on a fob which you handed in to reception, rather than credit card style.

Breakfast excellent; taking evening drinks outside to enjoy the glorious sunsets
Head reception manager very reassuring about driving through the Sirmione crowds on way to Linate airport.
Arrangements for changing for the (lovely outside) pool. Tip: be well prepared for driving through crowds if coming by car. Access restrictions ar tight.

The staff were super friendly at reception, they really went out their way.

The hotel’s location is excellent it is close to the lake and also within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient to go out and explore on foot.
We were very disappointed with the room. It was extremely small, with hardly any space to put our luggage. The bathroom was also very small, and the shower was particularly tiny. The shape of the shower was quite unusual and made it feel even more cramped. Overall, we were very disappointed with the size and layout of the room.
