Die Gäste haben sich gut verteilt in der Anlage. Die Anlage ist gross und bietet sehr viel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beim Frühstück mussten wir zeitweise bis zu 20 Minuten anstehen. Das sollte in einem Hotel mit diesen Ansprüchen nicht vorkommen.

6 von 7 Tagen war Party am Strand; 2 jeweils 3-tägige indische Hochzeitsfeiern und Firmenevent. Viel zu laut am Strand und im Zimmer und sehr schade für die Entspannung. Zudem haben wir einmal 30 Min gewartet weil zu viele Leute Frühstücken wollten und ein langer Rückstau entstand.

This is our third stay at the hotel. We love the quiet and serene atmosphere. The morning walk along the beach was fantastic. The hotel has one of the best sunsets and we really enjoyed the view from pool and the beach. The staff here are so friendly, helpful and professional. Their smiles really warmed us. We would love to see if there are more aerobic activities for the adults such as Zumba/Pilates/Yoga sessions in the late afternoons if possible. Otherwise, the gym facilities here are good. We also used their bikes to cycle around the area and the lake nearby. Great hotel. Thank you.

A lovely relaxing stay. The Spa is absolutely amazing all the therapist were super friendly, knowledgable, very accommodating with excellent massages. We were lucky to have Yaya and Big as our therapists. The Pool staff were very attentive and professional refiling your cups of ice water proactively, ensuring the sun bed was comfortable and refreshment orders given immediate attention. The Benihana Restaurant is a must especially with K's excellent culinary skills and fun entertainment. Breakfast, the staff were all so welcoming and happy, very efficient in showing you to your table with hot drinks served immediately, All the JW Staff front & back of house, work extremely hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay.
