Staff was very friendly and well mannered. Hotel room very clean and the cleaning lady was nice to provide us with a drying rack.
The walls are a bit thin.. we could hear the other guests from the other rooms and when they were in and out of their room.
Also, it would be nice to have more shuttle transfers to the shopping malls.

We like every thing about the hotel except its location. The breakfast was highlight of our stay. It was one of the beat breakfast we have ever had in any hotel.
Long traffic jam specially in evenings is annoying. One evening, we covered 1.7 km distance in 50 minutes. We understand thathHotel has no fault in it. It is Bangkok classic traffic jam at its best 😞
Lobby area is comparatively small if I compare with other hotels of same standard.
Free shuttle service to nearby shopping malls is something which we missed badly. Other nearby hotels are providing this service.
Lighting in the room near window can be improved.
