I always stay at the Delta Hotel when I come to Durham..Was greeted at the Front desk by Almond as was informed that they had upgraded my room to a suite. The size was very large with a separate lounge area. Breakfast is a buffet style and is good but I do feel that there could be a slightly bigger variety of fruit and that it is all fresh, not tinned. The location is excellent, very centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was poor - I could have cut the scrambled eggs into blocks. Hot food was cold, pastries poor Room in need of an upgrade. Thought it was incredibly overpriced - £150/night max. It in no way lives up to a Marriott badge.
