Location, cleanliness, staff very friendly and helpful
Expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not really 5 star level. Scrambled eggs more like runny porridge. Little things let it down…e.g. we had to change rooms and our bags were moved for us while we were out. My jacket was left crumpled on a chair under other things. The shower was quite weak.
