Fabulous location just outside the town with stunning views. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Amazing location with amazing view, great breakfast, staff was nice. very clean hotel. very nice and stylish spa. i loved my stay there.
the pillows in the beds were not the best. there was no AC and the area had a heatwave, had to sleep with the window open but because there was only one window there is no draft. i recommend for the hotel to purchase fans for such hot summers.

الاطلالة في الفندق صراحة هي احلى شي فيه .. الفطور حليو صغير بس يأدي الغرض
* تعامل الموظفين مع المسلمين والعرب تحديداً غير جيد صراحة.
* مرتبة السرير جداً سيئة .. اخذت الليلة بمايقارب 5 الاف ريال على جناح مطل على الجبل والقرية ولكن مرتبة السرير ماتجي قيمتها 500 ريال اعدمت ظهورنا للاسف.
* التكييف صغير فقط في غرفة النوم ( لو معك اطفال بينامون خارج الغرفة جددداً حر عليهم في جولاي بدون مكيف)
* السعر جداً مبالغ فيه مقابل الخدمات المقدمة ( خاصة انه ممنوع فيه حتى الطبخ ومافيه في المنطقة مطاعم حلوه )
* أسوأ شي حصل هو انه في يوم الخروج مفروض نسوي التشيك اوت الساعة 12 الظهر .. جلسنا نتقهوى بالجلسة الخارجية التابعة للغرفة ومرتبين امورنا بنطلع 12 تماماً .. تفاجأنا بالموظف ROMAN داخل علينا من باب للجناح وجاي لوسط الصاله ويطق علينا القزاز انه يالله الان التشيك اوت !!!!!! مع العلم ان الساعة كانت 11 وحتى لو وصلنا 12 مايحق لك تقتحم خصوصية الغرفة وتدخل داخلها بدون إذن !!! لما واجهه زوجي وعصب عليه مافكر حتى يعترف انه اخطأ او يعتذر ! كيف يصير هذا التصرف في فندق بهذا المستوى !!!
