Very convenient location with easy access to the Malaga airport and to the main train station. The room was comfortable and close enough to walk to downtown. Perfect for our layover.

Breakfast was truly excellent . The staff were attentive and friendly . The room and thank goodness the bed was extra large. the welcome bottle of water in the bedroom was most welcome as was the chilled water in the main reception area. We enjoyed also the food choice in the main bar area , whilst limited the food was fresh and tasty

Location to main attractions / old town On the plus side we specifically chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed we had multiple interactions with amazing hotel staff. This included the reception staff and the bar staff. Everyone was amazingly friendly and professional. We were also quite surprised to learn that we received the VIP guest treatment for our one night stay. We appreciated the warm welcome and the special treats in our room.

Not a thing. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional.

Location is great next to the train station. Room was clean, and nice that the AC didnt switch off when leaving the room. Nice to have a free bottle of water. The fact that the swimming pool is open all year round is a fantastic thing and that alone would prompt me to come back. The choice of Honey in its combe was a real treat and something you dont get at many hotels. I also loved the slide…..took me back to my childhood many years ago…

Great hotel. Easy to get to from the airport by metro. Ideal for a group break. Rooms were large enough for 3 adults to comfortably share. Slide was great fun. Good value for money. Great pool for a dip but too small to swim in.

They couldn't guarantee 3 single beds per room in advance - but did deliver on this. Roof terrace pool area is great for lounging.

- Les équipements PMR sur le rooftop ne fonctionnaient pas - La télé pas fiable - La localisation est bien pour les transports, mais assez excentré

A szoba lepusztult, városi kilátás helyett gyönyörködhettünk egy szigetelt ,légkondival telerakott lapostetőben. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmetlen, kifeküdt volt. Az olvasó lámpák használhatatlanok, a tapéták szakadtak. A tisztaság elfogadható volt, bár a fürdőszobában a "megvakult" tükör. A minibár üres volt: ez nem vendégfogadás! Ez minimum csak 3 csillagos szállás. Nem azt kaptuk a pénzünkért, amit megígértek, és a fotók mutattak!

the rooftop is great - quite a lot of seating but the bar was not manned on a Sunday so you had to go downstairs for a drink and the pool itself is small and v cold

there is a kettle but no free coffee granules or milk, which makes it pointless to offer a kettle and mugs. free water only one day and no replenishing of toilettes
