The structure was okay, the view on the sea was really breathtaking, the pool and the bar near it were really nice.
Our apartment had not been cleaned, the balcony (which was terrific) was covered in red sand and and the table was SO dirty it was orange when we got there and after WE cleaned it turned out to be white. We didn't have a broom so it was impossible for us to clean the floor.
The air conditioning wasn't working.
Speaking of cleaning ladies, I left my phone charger in my apartment and when I came home I found out it was broken. Someone ripped it off the socket with some sort of anger or rage? and left me in a foreign country with no phone charger. Did not bother to tell us and pretended nothing happened.
When I talked to the staff about this they did not offer any solution, not even apologized. I am still so pissed, I wasn't expecting them to buy me another one, but at least a little bit of support SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT.
