The location was perfect. We were able to walk to so much or jump on the subway steps away. The room was spacious and worked well for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable. The gym was the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The brunch was decent.
The bathroom/shower was a little dated. Minor issues with elevator but it was having repairs.

The location was ideal. It is centrally located in Myeongdong, walking distance to the palaces and night markets. The airport limousine stops right outside the hotel and it’s also very easy to get taxis from here. The room service is well priced and super speedy!
The washing machines in the laundry room were not as good as cleaning as in other places.

It was clean and in good location. Public transportation is convenient.
The room was missing microwave, wine glass, wine opener, forks, spoons, chopsticks, plates as listed.
