The House is in a great location, close to beach, shops and cafes. Ideal for large groups with basic accommodation provided - eg bunk beds. The bathroom set up was weird also.
Our only complaint was that the property was not cleaned properly before we arrived - some bins were not emptied, counters were not wiped down properly, floors were partially cleaned. There was limited supplies ie. kitchen rubbish bags, scourer, sponges etc. also.
This was disappointing given the amount of money that was paid for our group of 12 people. The stove top was hard to use for a large group because it was an old electric cook top, slow to heat, hard to regulate.
Otherwise, as mentioned great location. Nice general common spaces for meals and relaxing. Can have up to 20 here!

This is a great property if you have a bigger group, and cath made the process very easy.

Way overpriced. No toilet paper, no tea towels. You have to pay to use the BBQ. The staff at LJ Hooker were incredibly rude. We paid extra for linen, but no towels were provided…
The location is fabulous but I would not rent the property again or have any dealings with LJ Hooker

Way overpriced. No toilet paper, no tea towels. You have to pay to use the BBQ. The staff at LJ Hooker were incredibly rude. We paid extra for linen, but no towels were provided…
The location is fabulous but I would not rent the property again or have any dealings with LJ Hooker

Only feedback as an improvment would be get rid of that paid BBQ! Just put $10 on the price I'd be much happier than feeding $1 into a BBQ. Also, dont charge for internet use. Make that free, feel like we're paying enough to rent the property, internet really isn't that expensive in Victor is it?
And an extra fee for putting rubbish in the wheely bin? I know its in the terms, but really? Will be putting a coin op on the toilet next? :-) Feels a bit like the Jetstar of properties. :-)

We enjoyed our stay at 26 Bridge Tce 1920s victor harbour beach house. We had an awesome time. We would recommend this property to our friends.
