I had to check-in after midnight when the reception as not manned. The hotel arranged for a smooth self check-in as they promised.
Shower cubicle is very small

The hotel, location, rooms, everything!
The only disadvantage was the noise coming from the outside. Probably their isolation could be better. Except that, everything was perfect.

central position and easy to access all restaurants in the area .Very quite at night . Excellent healthy breakfast and polite staff . suite room is large and airy with good air conditioning .
initial arrival very poor . My wife is a wheelchair user and one of the members if staff did not do enough to direct us to the entrance which was accessible. Toilet seat was loose and she fell off onto the floor.I tightened it up . After this poor experience the hotel tried its best throughout our stay .

Breakfast is served individually. When it's busy, it can take 20 minutes for breakfast to be served. Nothing special in terms of taste, but it fills you up

Well located, helpful in calling us a taxi. Breakfast and coffee were delicious!
There were some security issues that made me a bit nervous. When I checked in to the hotel I was given a key to my room, and when I entered there was already somebody staying there. The staff addressed this promptly but did not seem very concerned that this had happened. Also, later in the evening the front doors were unlocked and the front desk was unstaffed, so anyone could walk in and go up the elevators.
The room was nice, but quite small for two people and two suitcases. It was generally clean but there were some areas that left something to be desired.

Everything was new , clean and modern . Breakfast was great. There was only one problem - the lighting in the room was white and very bright . Please change to warm lighting to achieve the 100%

Very helpful staff at the reception - especially Elena. Tasty vegan option for breakfast. Very good location for exploring Larnaca; 3-5 min walk to St. Lazarus church, fort, beach and the promenade. If you need a public transport it is also close to the bus stop from the airport and to other cities. Fridge in the room. Big, comfortable bed.

Great location, staff was very helpful and made breakfast on demand. Overall clean. They let us do a late checkout which was nice of them.
Better tourist information and advice would have been better to have.

Very friendly staff and close to the city cebter
The bathroom sink was dirty with hair. The bedsheet was stained. There was a very strong smell of old curtains

The room was spacious and felt new, and it was a very comfortable stay. The receptionist Elena was an absolute wonder and made me feel very welcome and taken cared of. The hotel location is close to all the main attractions, and I stumbled across a market in a car park on a Saturday morning (just follow the stream of locals with trolley baskets!) that was very close by, which was a nice find.
The location was quiet, and not at all unsafe in outward appearances (and brightly lit), but as a solo female traveller I felt the need to be extra cautious, especially late at night as it can be, as mentioned, quiet with low foot traffic. If I was with a companion I would not have been evident to me.
