The building, itself was charming and stylish. Nice owner, providing little extras like fruit and candies.
A bit far from the center of Limassol.

Traditional old stone house nicely renovated in traditionalstyle. Quiet location. Staff is helpful and gives valuable tips for food, etc.
There's not that much around and going to Limasol downtown means driving or taxi (which might not be so easily available). Some things like the rugs feel a bit dated.

We have been staying at Nikkis House for over a year now and we absolutely LOVE it!
The location is perfect if you have a car!
A 10 min drive to Limassol.
The atmosphere is beautiful! Quiet, beautiful and traditional.
The service always exceeds our expectations.
The last time we were visiting we got to stay at the Luxury Villa at no extra cost.
We love sitting in the garden at night and mornings to end or start our day on a quiet and beautiful note.
Highly recommend.
We have a car, but I think if you do not have a car and your main goal is to visit Limassol it may not be the best spot unless you rent some sort of transportation (motorcycle, car, or ask about the bus system that's available).

Very nice place, well maintained. The staff took care of tidying up the room every day.
In my case, the location was far from the beach not by distance, but by time. The roads can get very busy and a 5km trip can take up to 30min.
