Nice big comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is good. The conference room is big .
The food has not much of varieties. The menus for breakfast and lunch was repeated the same for 2 days in a row. They should have changed them.

The room was beyond my expectations and the bed was so comfortable. Overall I really love the room 314.

-The receptionist was super helpful. They even helped us to store our food in freezer. Keep it up.
-very uncomfortable bed.
-We asked for cutlery. But they forgot to deliver to our room..
-we ordered breakfast to be delivered in the room at 9am. But we had to call the receptionist at 9.30 since the food was not there. At last they sent the food at 9.50am. We were rushing to airport and this is completely not acceptable.

Great place for a very reasonable price. A secret garden near the hotel is a must in Putrajaya. Nice huge rooms, good breakfast, conveniently located close to the main square

Room was big. Good ambience. Staff was ok.
There is a lizard hole in room 412. 2 lizards came out of it during our stay.

The surrounding is good. Relaxing. The breakfast is great. plenty of choice and very delicious.
The swimming pool need to be fix asap. My son’s feet got cut from the crack tiles underneath the swimming pool.

spacious room with king bed and bathtub…we surprise they have hidden single bed in the room… breakfast also good..
its quite old but still clean..so no issue

I like how friendly staff here & service they provided totally excellent. Playroom for my daughter just superb, she love spending time there. Room service also great, tasteful food selection with affordable price.
There's mold at wall in our room, very dangerous for my daughter. I don't like my pillow, it makes my neck sore bcs it's too soft like a feather.
