We had a room with a balcony and great view of Pico Island. The pool and surrounding setting was lovely. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection.
The hotel was located a short distance from the marina area, however, the walk to the hotel from the marina area was up a steep hill, so not workable for everyone. Breakfast was extremely busy with very few open seats and a long line for coffee due to a large tour group so I would suggest adjusting your breakfast time if there is a group there at the same time of your stay.

The view was the best part, also the hotel was quite clean.
There were parties Friday and Saturday past midnight so it was really noise and with a flight Sunday morning it was hard to sleep.
