We liked that there is a reception desk, the staff are nice and helpful, prompt. Booking in (free) to use the sauna was easy, and we liked that they were clean and you could book it for private use as included in your stay. Our apartment had everything we needed and more, the balcony is huge so comfortably could have dinner on there with 4 people, plus theres a clothes drying rack that we used a lot. It's centrally located, 30 seconds from the main train station and only 5 minutes from the Super U grocery store and 10 mins from the laundromat. On Saturday's there was a market right outside too. We travelled in late September so the town died down a lot in our stay but it was nice to see the change. In peak season this would be a really busy and lively spot, but in the off-season it was perfect. Great views of the mountains everywhere you go. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our child and could have easily stayed longer, we also had family come and stay in the second bedroom and it was comfortable for everyone.

The reception staff take a midday break which meant sauna and reception were closed, there were a few times this was an inconvenience but seems to be normal in France. The facilities are great, but we wish the price was a little cheaper given we were there in the shoulder of off-season. We wish there was a laundromat in the building.

The location close to downtown and the view that provides to me is very exciting.

The corridor carpet required more attention , the smell so strong it may need replacing or cleaning.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the room amenities were plentiful. Our family of four enjoyed comfortable sleep, great showers, and everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

The facilities are only accessible during front desk hours (9:00–12:00 and 15:00–20:00). Extending these hours to 8:00–20:00 would be a significant improvement. Additionally, the late check-in process can be disorganized; if you do not check in directly with the front desk, you risk missing out on essential items like the free train pass, which is crucial for your stay.
