Het vriendelijke personeel , de hygiene van de kamer en badkamer en het verrukkelijke en complet ontbijt. Ook de ligging, midden in het oude centrum op loopafstand van alle restaurants, bars en winkels, maar toch op een heel rustige plek!

Well located in the old town and it had a swimming pool.

We forgot a piece in the room and when we called back the other day, they sent that to our new address. It was a very kind and thoughtful effort that they didn't have to. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the location was better than the other hotels in that area in terms of noise. Still at the old town, and a bit farther from the noisy parts. We're pretty satisfied.

Really nice place in old town of Antalya. Very nice staff. Off street parking is very handy. Nice breakfast. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Huge rooms with nice bathroom.

We liked everything about this place. Specially the staff were so kind and nice and cooperated with what we needed. I had a great time there and thank you to Dilber and Eren, two great staff of this place :) I will definitely go back there, and recommend it to people who want to stay in old town, great location which is accesible with Tram/Bus, and with big rooms.

Fantastic team running the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble,
Location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town yet still quiet. The swimming pool is a real added bonus and air con was brilliant. I would definitely stay there again!
Shower temp was a bit hit and miss. Rooms could do with a little refresh, but that's the same in most hotels.

Great little hotel in a brilliant location, right in the middle of the old town.
We stayed in a studio apartment style room with a kitchenette - it was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for us to feel at home.
Very friendly staff who let us check in (very!) early when we arrived in the morning after a night bus.

The location was fantastic! you’re basically in the middle of the old town with lots of restaurants and shops! all the transport is just a stone throw away should you wish to explore further out.

First of all i need to mention the owner Ibrahim. What a lovely gentleman, and was always wishing us good morning, afternoon and goodnight, and asking if he could help in anyway.
We booked the rooms 16 & 17 which are next to reception and they have a private door leading to the 2 bedrooms. Both had plenty of storage space, clean and plenty of hot water.
The room my son occupied had a couch and a kitchen area. Our room was even bigger, and more resembled an apartment, not a hotel room.
Looking forward to going back to this wonderful hotel again in the near future.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, in a quiet location, within easy walking distance of the sea, shops and public transport. The staff were polite.

great location in old town. not so many tourists this period of time, so it wasn’t very crowded
quite cold and wet, cause we lived in standard room located on first floor. no sun came there from outside and it was quite wet and gloomy in the room.

Me and my mum stayed in Urcu Hotel at the beginning of December 2022. We so pleased we booked this hotel. It is exceeded all our expectations. Hotel located in the middle of the old town, just around the corner from Adrian Gates. Hearing the prayers from 13th century Mosque opposite our hotel every morning was a very unique experience. Everything like restaurants, shopping, cafes within walking distance.
The staff very were welcoming. The owner of the hotel Ibo is very kind and always willing to help.
We had a very specious room, which is rare find in old town hotels.
Comfortable and clean room. Comfy beds and hot shower. We will be back and would definitely recommend to book if available.

The location is very convenient to everything in Kaleici and main shopping street, but can be tricky to find. The room was a good size for the price.. I needed help getting my.car to hotel and manager walked with me to my car and helped.me get it to hotel. ). All in all, adequate accommodations
The room was very basic in design and amenities. No breakfast was included( a rarity in Turkey)

location. Even from the Antalya airport, you only need to take metro to directly reach near the property and then there is only 5 minutes walk.

The staff were amazing and really nice and the room was really big. Very well insulated and you could not hear the neighbours. The location was perfect.

The breakfast was rather disappointing very little choice we did not have a hot food option...other guests might of. We had not booked breakfast...cant imagine why... but they were accommadating and provided breakfast ..

Location was perfect - nice swimming pool if a little cold. Staff were very helpful.
Not enough utensils or equipment for self catering no toaster/ oven to cook or heat breakfast items - just hob with frying pan and saucepan. No where to dry clothes as no balcony or terrace. We did ask for more hangers which we got the same day,

Hotel was in a great location, close to all the bars and restaurants. The owners of the hotel was very helpful and polite. It had a nice little pool. I would stay here again.
