Excellent premises. Lot of great activities, especially the falconry with Amir and Imran, the Rainforest experience was amazing and the Welness Half Day was extremely relaxing and reinvigorating. The level of service is far beyond many of the UAE hotels.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. Every member of staff was kind and supportive.

The place was nice, locations and room was cool we liked it
There was a fly infestation so that wasn't nice and the check in process was super long i think we waited 30 mins until we got to the room
