The comfort in the room

No body lotion in the washroom.

1. Staff in okra restaurant for dinner, especially Deep and Chef Ranbir were great. 2. We asked for the room change and it was done immediately.

1. Asked for non smoking room, but we were initially allocated a room which was smelling very heavy. It wasn't a good experience. They promptly changed the room on request. I would image they check the room quality before allocation. The checkout it 12 noon and check in happens after 2 or 3Pm, that's ample time due quality checks. 2. Service at Okhra during breakfast was under par. We had to repeat our requests for service multiple times. 3. It would be nice to have someone who understands local cuisines in the restaurant, especially during breakfast experience at okhra. We asked for popular telugu dishes and the staff was clueless. That's very surprising! 4. The television in the room was not connected to the internet and we could not utilize it properly in our second room. 5. Staff did not show up to collect our luggage during checkout time. We waited for a good 7-10 mins before we brought our luggage down to the lobby by ourselves.

The Room was good and the bed was pretty comfortable and mostly clean. The breakfast spread was very good which is a big thumps up.

The location of the facility is in a area with bad smell surrounding it. There is some sewage disposal very close to the hotel during the evening or late night hours that creates an extremely bad odor when you walk out of the facility. This is very discomforting and sometimes cannot stand it! They also need to upgrade this property for the pool area, old and worn out.
