Allington Manor

Beautiful old Manor House with a smashing host

All was good

Such an incredibly beautiful property, and wonderfully maintained. You can tell the owners and management put time and effort into making sure that the character and history of the Manor shine through, whilst also delivering pure luxury and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable (we both slept right through the night for once), the room and Manor spacious, the grounds around it are stunning and Leo himself was welcoming, warm and informative. We really appreciated that he gave us a heads up around serving times for local food places in case we wanted to divert there before check-in, as traffic had us arrive later than planned. Highly recommend a local run around the area to take in the quiet and scenic surroundings. It was wonderful and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Nothing - it was really a dream stay!
