Sirayane Boutique Hotel & Spa Marrakech

Perfect spot to relax after 4 night stay in medina . On arrival was upgraded to a suite with private pool . The ambiance of the whole resort was very peaceful, staff in every area were exceptional. Breakfast a buffet style was fantastic. Free daily shuttles into media. Lovely grounds with 2 very large pools . Used the restaurant in the evenings, food was really good as were the cocktails. I will definitely be back .

Nothing

We had a great stay after a few days at a Riad in the hustle and bustle of the medina. This was the perfect hotel to relax in. The free shuttle service was also meant we were able to easily get back into the medina whenever we wanted though. Great service throughout the hotel from the spa staff, waiters and pool attendants. Nothing was too much to ask and they were always there to help. Great to have a few pool options with 2 of the 3 heated giving a lovely mix on the warm days. We were able to check in early and were given a free upgrade due to a cancellation which was greatly appreciated! Top notch service in a boutique smaller scale hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Marrakech.

The rooms and staff hospitality were the highlight for me. The food and dinning experiences were also outstanding.

The location was the only issue for me, it was far from the city centre, so there weren’t other attractions around, If you’re looking for a relaxing time in a serene environment, it may be perfect for you

It’s a peaceful place. Good pool. Food better than expected. Generally good service

Location - we didn’t mind the distance to the city as there is a shuttle but didn’t like his remote it was, down a long dirt track littered with rubbish etc and off a highway. We would have been fine if it was a nicer area. Price in the restaurant was expensive and deserted. Price on par with 5* hotels offering more value in terms of facilities/luxury and quality. Beds very hard (additional topper wouldn’t make a difference). Only other - slightly sarcastic responses from management if you give honest back. Views are valid so take it as a method to improve.
