Saldanha Bay Hotel

Best Breakfast of all hotels I stayed before. I had a beautiful, large suit and was very comfortable.

Worst I've ever seen as there are NO parking facilities for the guess. Underroof parking were only for about 8 cars, but it was the same cars parked there the whole time. I believe it must have belong to the senior staff members. About 7 parking bays in front of entrance of the hotel, but it was occupied the whole time. I had to park in the public road every night where drunk drivers from the bars and establishments next to the hotel were driving like hooligans. Luckily for the security, but the cannot watch 20 cars parked outside in the private road. Parking 0/10

I liked that the hotel is family friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a nice spread for breakfast. We ordered food from the restaurant, it was nice portions and very tasty and we only paid a small fee for room service. When we needed assistance with the pram up the stairs the staff gladly helped. There is a small but nice play area for the children to play and the pool isn't that deep.

It's not the hotel's fault, I just have to be more mindful when booking again as we had a room that required using the stairs and we had a toddler and infant so it was a bit of a struggle up and down the stairs.

Dinner was horrible.

The Eggplant Lasagne , as on the Menu, came cold and when it was sorted the Meal had no Lasagne and 2 pieces of eggplant and a lot of pepper and cheese sauce. the Vegetarian Pies , as on the menu , had no pastry. Dinner was a disaster and no help from the kitchen to rectify or offer an alternative meal.
